Makes 2 glasses

🛍️ Ingredients:

  • 200g fresh Pembrokeshire strawberries
  • 1 small banana (or half a big one)
  • 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 150ml oat milk or Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds or walnuts
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3 Ice cubes
  • Honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)
